The Digital Route to the Chef's Plate

Ingredy is Turkey's first, and currently only, restaurant-focused green supply chain. By combining our 20 years of field experience with AI technology, we make procurement processes transparent, efficient, and sustainable. We automate operations and transform data into insight and waste into value. This technological approach was shaped by years of experience across restaurant kitchens, operations, and producer fields. Throughout food's journey from farm to plate, we directly observed the scale of labor and the fragility of efficiency. We kept pursuing the same question: Why do chefs struggle to access the right product, and why does producers' labor remain invisible? Ingredy was born as the answer to this question, built by combining the expertise of two sisters. By bringing together field knowledge with the power of technology, data, and AI, we built a sector-specific digital route between farm and kitchen.
