We build partnerships that strengthen the pioneering role of women chefs, entrepreneurs, and producers, and we develop solutions that support equal opportunity at every stage of the supply chain. The fact that two of our co-founders are women and that we work with teams largely made up of women is a natural reflection of this approach.
